"Unfortunately, the driver who collected us for the outward journey to Southampton Airport did not request the return flight details. On the internet booking, the return date was required but there was no provision to include the return flight details. Although 2 emails were sent requesting this information, we were unable to pick up emails while we were away. However, on our return to Southampton Airport we telephoned and a driver was immediately dispatched. This did not alter our overall impression of the good service supplied and will be aware of this for any future bookings."
